The worst. Self pick up isn't fun at all. Took forever, had zero help, parked in the trees, with cut branches all around so I had to walk through them to take pictures and video. Garbage all over, looked like unloved people had been living there. I'd pass on ever doing that pick up area again. Or doing self pick up.

Perfection at its finest!!!!! These guys are great they always help me navigate the rental to get the best rates and they make me feel so at ease they are laid back and easy to work with. They are always so kind and service with a smile they have amazing customer service skills which is a lost art in the world today. They are old school and seem to really care. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Lifetime loyalty from this family. Can't say enough good things about these guys but they know they are the GOAT of the rental industry :)
