TERRENCE LI was having an issue with completing my return digital. So I went into the office, which they do not communicate with U-Haul. It is just their land, and the receptionist was very helpful because the site was down. She advised she would have a manager contact me since I had trouble and issues with the truck. However, I am not received a phone call.
