Very disappointed truck was a mess blue and oil line I had two employees waiting with me for three hours until we got a mechanic which then repaired the truck and used a hose clamp to hold the oil line on which wasn’t correct and I had to pay my employees waiting time and then had to pay for the rental the next day. Very unhappy and I rent from U-Haul quite a bit I have a moving company

I was making a one way trip from Santa Clarita, CA, to Truckee, CA, with the closest drop off point in Reno, NV. The clerk in Santa Clarita gave me three different Reno locations at which I could drop off the trailer. The first one I went to would not take the trailer, saying it belonged at another location. The clerk at that first location refused to call another drop off facility. She would only email them. No response. The second one I then went to said it didn't belong to them but they would take it and I'd have to wait while they verified by email the return which was not responded to

The engine of the truck ran well. Here’s the negative feed back: Was given a truck that should not be used for long trips no. DC 7383M. Didn’t have cruise control for a 1000 miles trip. Reserved a car transport a month in advance, but was changed by uhaul to tow dolly the same day of the move, I had to accept it. Location of pick up was changed to 8 miles further. Back light and Break lights of the tow dolly didn’t work. I wasn’t told that the uhaul staff can load my car for a fee. The man who worked there said we don’t take responsibility of the loading, I paid a man $ 16 who didn’t connect it correctly, it opened in reading CA. I paid $70 to a towing company to fix it. I wasn’t told that uhaul offers free road service, so I called AAA who referred me to a towing company on my own expense. Despite this, I returned the truck with 1/4 tank full although I received it at 1/16.

I arrived early so there was no wait. Also Michael was very friendly during the whole process.
