Reserved an enclosed 6' x 12' trailer. The trailer had a faulty left blinker. I took an open 5' x 9' instead and was charged the same amount of $40.99? this does not seem correct.

The front desk woman should care and pay attention to the service provided bec I had to wait 45 mins to get my uhaul bec she put it the wrong trailer or truck . It delayed my destination and she charged me an extra day even after calling her to not charge me bec it’s her fault she made a mistake . Luckily when I turned in the truck the Filipino guy helped me and explained the situation to the manager, otherwise I would had been charged an extra day again .

DON'T OVER CHARGE PEOPLE!!!!!!! I WAS CHARGED ON 31MARCH AND AND ON 4APR. I CALLED AND AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR OVER 40 MINS AND BEING TRANSFERRED TWICE, I WAS TOLD TO CALL MY BANK AND GIVE THEM A CODE TO RELEASE THE FUND'S. ONLY TO BE TOLD BY MY BANK THAT'S SOMETHING UHAUL SHOULD HAVE DONE...THIS....IS...RIDICULOUS. ..I USE UHAUL ALL THE TIME...WELL NOT ANYMORE..THIS IS VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTONER SERVICE FOR A REPEAT CUSTOMER...WORD OF MOUTH TRAVELS QUICKLY....I WAS GOING TO USE UHAUL AGAIN IN JUNE TO DRIVE TO MISSOURI....NOW...NO..WAY. ..THE 1700.00 I WAS GOING TO PAY UHAUL WILL GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY. Only negative comment i have is an hour after i picked up the truck i start getting calls about what time am i going to drop it off non stop. I cant even move comfortable without being harrased about drop off time. Like are you serious i got the truck for 24hrs..

The staff were unfriendly and rude. I had a reservation for 11am and wasn’t helped until 11:35. I had to call and extend the time so that we could finish and even then we had to drop off the truck after hours. I did the online drop off/check in and left the keys where indicated. This morning, I had additional charges for 150$ on top of the 60$ I paid yesterday. I have not received a phone call detailing these additional charges, just an email claiming 150$ worth of damage. I paid extra for the insurance and was assured by the clerk that all damage was covered. Im extremely angered by the fact that I STILL have not received a phone call explaining these charges or damage, and will not be using or recommending your services ever again. This is inappropriate and unfair.

Bad my experience was awful. I wasted half a day, and my time was very limited as it was. The off hours pick up service did not work. I had to continually re.add all my information on multiple occasions. I was desperate to receive the rental that night, and spent literally hours attempting to complete the process using the web download app. I only managed to get three step 5 of 8. And after multiple tries and several different methods the system final made it only able to b reserved for mud morning the next day. I spoke with 3 or 4 different reps. On your live chat line. And although they tried to be helpful nothing worked. I even purchased a mobile wifi service booster off spectrum in hopes of completing the task. I managed to pick up the truck the next day during regular business hours but that entire ordeal set me back a day n which lead to my needing the rental a second day. With time cut in half I was forced to hirer help, which was not needed if i got the rental the night before. And being charged an extra days rent from the place i was moving out of. The whole thing was a huge stress. In total it cost me: an extra day rental $20.95+ tax Wi.fi booster. $5.95+ tax Emergency Movers. $150.00+ tax 1 extra day rent. $46.00+ tax And do to being short on time I would have cleaned the old place better, but was not able to. So dont even know yet how much will be deducted from my deposit. Not to mention the fact that when I brought up how discouraging the whole rental process was the manager just shrugged his shoulders. Even his other employees mentioned to him, "we had another issue with the after hours pick up again" and told me it has happen several times with others. I have used your rentals in the past and usually it is the first place I think of to rent from or offer up to others but i am completely beside myself with how the entire rental events played out. One issue and not to put blame on anyone. The gate on the utility trailer was very difficult to open and close. I did speak with someone upon return and they will fix it before it goes out again.

Rented for 6 hours. Out at 10, returned by 4. I returned at 3:30 the same day. It was a new employee who handled the return and didn’t even know how to remove the trailer when it wouldn’t come off the ball. I jumped on the bumper to release it. I asked for a receipt and he said it would be emailed. I called the 800 number and I was told I would get it. I ask the girl to verify it was returned and i would not be charged another day and was told it was returned and i wouldn’t. I just received it the receipt this morning and I was charged for two days!! I called Uhaul’s 800 again and talked with Joe and filed complaint # 1734616. I will also dispute credit charge and Yelp on this experience on line.

Better customer service would be appreciated. I waited over 50 minutes to get my trailer hooked up to my truck when I was told it would only take a few minutes. When someone did come out, Joe said he was looking at an "Asian broad" on his phone. When he tried to take pictures of the hook up he no longer knew how to use the phone. I had to wait until another employee came out to take a picture. The other employee said they got it and Joe proceeded to still try on his phone and claimed the other guy did not take the picture. Joe wasted so much time I asked if we could hurry because I had been waiting over 30 minutes at that point just to have Joe respond with "I am sure you have". Very rude, and not efficient at his job.
