The only negative comment I have about the drop off location where is there is too many non-employees around the front entrance that appeared to be looking for work and they confuse you as to whether they are employees

They gave me a 2008 GMC with 139,000+ miles, for a 900 mile trip, pulling my vehicle on an auto transport trailer. The battery had to be replaced the morning after I picked it up. The the truck overheated multiple times en route until someone figured out the truck need a new fan clutch - and then that repair took too long. Old truck cost to much and added a day of time and expenses to our move. I want my ,money back!

I rented a tow dolly and about 400 miles out, the strap on one of the wheels came off. We had to call for a service man and it was discovered that the strap was installed incorrectly. They had installed the strap in front of the round bar instead of behind it.

You need more options on your questions... the equipment was acceptable as far as cleanliness but the oil light was on even when I picked it up and they knew I had a long trip ahead. It was well beat up with scratches and dents which I don’t mind but the ride on the freeway was terrifying. Even at low speed everything shook, rattled, vibrated, flexed, sagged, steering was loose and like driving a boat constantly correcting back and forth not holding a straight line... this is what i’d Expect out of an off brand discount place but paying almost 200 for a one day rental from the top company in the game I expect better. I was also super annoyed that the shitty dolly that I didn’t even want was attached in the back taking up room and getting in the way, I requested it be removed before I took the truck but was told it had to stay there... Also wait times both picking up and returning we’re ridiculously long.

Although the location and service are great, the business sits on a tight lot and it's quite crowded with U-Haul trucks, trailers, etc. Only negative is minimal parking for customers.

Horrible customer service, waited 6 hours for my truck when I reserved it two weeks ago. Then they had me to drive another 40mins to pick up the a truck somewhere else.

Returned the trailer a few minutes after closing. While it was great that someone was there to receive the trailer, I got no receipt, but was promised a return receipt the next day. The next day we got a phone call asking us when we were planning to return it. I still have not received a confirmation email on the return. That process obviously needs improvement.

You would be excellent if there were a couple of additional people on staff to help customers. Also, it would be great if customers could go online and pick the equipment, reserve it and pay for it in advance. Then all we would have to do is go to the UHAUL location where you stage things for us and we simply pick up the equipment. More like a rental car company does it.

I pre-checked in. It still took me 25 minutes to get the vehicle. There is only one employee working the desk. When the truck did come, the check engine light was on. After I asked the employee what that was for and he replied that he didn’t know, or, seemed not to care, I just took the truck. It didn’t break down thank goodness. At 60 miles an hour it felt like the front end of the truck was going to come off. you had to slow down in order to maintain control.

The woman that took my reservation was not trained well, or didn't know how to do her job. It took forever, she couldn't find the right locations near me, she asked the same questions several times, etc. I felt like I was walking her through what to do.
