New van with only 35 mile on it. The van was ready on time. I did not care for the way the van handled, but that is a reflection on GMC and not U-Haul.

Only one person is helping customer outside. When I asked for help to finish my self pick up app, he told me to go to the counter. The reason why I used the self pick is to skip the long line in the counter but the app will still require you to see the counter twice because nobody will help you outside. I also could not even find the key drop box and when I asked where, they do not know either. Very disorganized and unhelpful. The self pickup app is also very long and complex. I am not going to use that again. It will take more time than getting help at the counter.

When I questioned that a rear brake light wasn't working I was told that should be ok. Ended up brining truck back later that day to get the brake light fixed. They were unable to fix, the turn signal light didn't work either. Had to get a different truck. Very unsatisfied.

There was a lot of confusion regarding the payment of my Uhaul. I was told my credit card would not be charged since it was just being used to hold the order, and that the person picking it up would be charged. Come to find out I was charged and it took me a few days to find out of I had beeen double billed. To top it off, the manager I spoke with did not put me at ease, or ensure additional education would be given to the team members that gave me false information. There is a serious need for improved customer service at this location if you want to keep business.

My biggest issue with your company was road side assistance. Took 10 min to finally talk to so me one, kept transferring me, was not helpful, did not resolve issue, same with person on phone at destination. I had to drive a car hauler with a frayed strap because no one would come out to fix it. The canyon country pe rson hung up on me. The people on site were great but I will never use your company again. I was a single older woman traveling alone with an rv and car hauler and they did nothing to alleviate my concern.



The customer service was excellent! I went in without an appointment and it took about 5 minutes for them to get me out and on my way. Then when I returned a few minutes after close, they took the return and again I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. They were all friendly and I will go back again! Thank you U-Haul!

This is the 4th experience with this U-Haul facility and all have been positive overall except with regard to the return of this trailer rental. At 5:45 PM on 9/1 an hour after I returned the trailer to this location, I received a phone message from a Fidel that I was going to be charged for another day if I did not return the trailer by 6:00? Obviously there was an internal communication issue with you electronic check-in system for this to have occurred.

Truck need maintenance or to be replaced. Truck had a hard time maintaining a speed of 30 mph. Interior was dirty. The customer service was great . The guys were very helpful!
