The staff for the most part were very courteous and eager to help. My main complaint is that I used a truck that only had 4500 miles on it and yet the ramp derailed and got stuck. This type of thing shouldn't have happened and caused a major delay in my move.

Customer Service was horrible. Had to wait in line for over 20 minutes to pick up my truck. I suggest work on improving the efficiency of the staff or the process when picking up the trucks. Horrible experience.

I needed a uhaul for a last minute move-I was so grateful for this company. It was affordable and the staff was helpful and kind. It turned a bad situation into a good experience. Thank you!

I reserved my trailer and pre checked in online and when I arrived it still took 55 minutes to get out of there. The place was so jam packed with trucks and trailers scattered everywhere it was very difficult to manuver my pick up to the back to hitch up and equally as hard to leave. When I returned usually someone will come meet me in the back. After waiting for a while and no one showing up I walked around to the front where the guy was very rude and told me someone would be there soon but he’s busy.

The customer service at the front desk at this location is terrible. The service rep at the desk did a great job but the WAIT was ridiculously long!! It took just over an hour to get our order completed even though we reserved online a week before!! Then it took another 20-25 minutes to actually get our trucks!! We were told that Saturdays are typically busy like that, but to keep customers waiting will keep them from coming back and/or recommending others to U-Haul!! Just 'gear-up' and put at least 4-5 people on the front desk to handle the 'typical' Saturday rush and keep it to a manageable flow to get people in and out relatively quick!!!!!

The truck wouldn’t change gears and it was taking sooo much gas??because of this issue I pressed the gas peddle all the way down and it would only go no faster the 30 mph it made my move take forever because I had to drive 20+miles a

A little pricey once the mileage charge is applied.

The employees that work there were not accommodating and were in a rush to assist individuals and answer any questions that they may have. My truck was supposed to be ready for pick up after hours and the truck was not even staged on the side of the building as promised. I tried to utilize the certificates that were given to me via customer service and was told they can't assist with that due to the truck being pre-payed and tried to encourage me to use it for a future purchase. I kindly declined and said i will speak with customer service to resolve this matter. And to make matters worse during my drive of the truck there were two (2) roaches that were in the cab that crawled on to the seat. I was taken back by this and had to pull over to make sure there was no others and kill the ones that were in the truck.

When returning the rental I didn’t know what to do. There was no sign to tell me to stay and wait for personnel. There wasn’t any one there to assist so I had to wait in line inside only to find out I had to stand by the rental vehicle.

The hood was not locked. Was a very scary ride. Had to stop on the freeway and lock it. I want a refund.

Better or more definitive customer parking. I realize this is a busy lot and space is a premium, but it would be nice. Otherwise everything else was great!

I’m being accused of damaging a rim that was already damaged and they have charged my card for a new rim and tire even though I purchased insurance. This issue needs to be rectified!!

Nothing could be improved. This experience was MIND BLOWING. U-Haul's new service called 24/7 Truck Share allows you pick up and drop off a rental *completely* online!!! Chris, I think a region manager, called me at 9:46pm on a Sunday night during Memorial Day weekend to help me with a van pickup... absolutely incredible. I couldn't be happier with UHaul right now. Great equipment, fair pricing, unbelievable convenience.

Strong suggestion: If your return entrance is blocked, put someone at the curb to guide returns into the exit. My U-Haul experience was great until I attempted to return my rental. This was the worst return experience I ever had. I pulled into the entrance to return my rental, and there was a big-rig truck backed into the driveway, facing me the wrong way. I had enough room to be completely onto the parking lot, but there was no way to get through. I parked my U-Haul and went inside the store/office to return it. The people at the desk said I had to go around the side of the building for help. I did, but found nobody there, and went back into the office for help. They said they were sorry, but returns had to go around the side. I explained my situation, that the entrance is completely blocked, and I can't get my U-Haul to that location. They found the return person on their video monitor, and had me look to see where he was. I went around the side of the building, met the return guy, and he told me, sorry, but you will have to back out of the driveway and bring it around through the exit to return it. That's where the sign says "EXIT ONLY, DO NOT ENTER." So, I backed my rental into Sierra Highway, which is a multi-lane, high-speed road with a center divider. I then proceeded to make my way around intersections, making u-turns to get back to where I needed to be, taking up about 20 minutes more time. In the meantime, more returns were showing up, not able to get through. Also, in the meantime, my wife was waiting on the U-Haul lot to pick me up. She called me and said someone had cussed at her, telling her to "move your f-ing car, lady!" Now I was angry. I was still trying to get back to the U-Haul center. I finally got back, entered through the exit, parked and went to find the return person again, and they were not to be found. I went into the office, and of course again, they couldn't help me. They called the return person and told them I needed help. He came out and inspected my rental, gave me a final invoice and I was finally done. Altogether, about an hour's time. I'll say it again: If your entrance is blocked, with no way to return a rental, place an employee at the curb to guide returns into the exit lane.
