Location, price and booking process by phone was easy and better value than Home Depot trailer/truck rental. The in-person agent at the storage facility where we picked up the truck was a bit grumpy/not friendly, but we only interacted with her for a few minutes so that’s no big deal.

JOHN HLady showed up late, store opened at 10 and she didn’t arrive until 10:25, lots of people couldn’t get in the building. When she arrived she was rude and told everyone they were going to have to wait a long time, funny considering she was the one late and it was her fault. Uhauls are poorly parked in the side of the road in a bunch of mud and shrub. Won’t be coming here again.
