Erin, Store Manager, was great and I would definitely rent again from that location. The truck was an older model with ~88,000+ miles; the drivers door did not close all the way. The door did engage enough to lock the vehicle, but there was a lot of wind noise within the cab. Someone should take a look at the door.

GREGORY STruck was dirty, only had a 1/4 tank of gas at pick up, and seemed like it was not going to make it to our (short) destination. Lots of engine noises and didn’t want to shift to a higher gear while driving. Brakes were questionable even with cautious driving. Felt pretty unsafe and unlike any U-Haul truck I’ve ever rented.
