Mobile pickup was a disaster. I arrived at my scheduled time, opened the app, clicked on my reservation, only to receive a message that my reservation wasn’t approved for mobile pickup and to call customer service. This is not a knock against the people who work at this location or the rep who helped me resolve the issue. Just beware that the mobile pickup may not work, which is problematic, especially if you are renting for a time sensitive event.
