Positive - My rental was scheduled for 9 30am, 30 minutes before the location opens. But this really nice lady says she gets there earlier to help people out. Negative - the App does not work as well, you guys need to invest heavily in improving the app reliability.

When I rented I asked if they were open on Saturday for a return. She answered yes that they were there all day. When I returned at 12:56 on Saturday there was a sign on the door that said they were at lunch until 1:27 and that the store would be closed between 1 and 2 for 30 minutes for lunch. When she returned at 1:45 I asked her why she didn't tell me that they took a lunch break and she pointed to the door and said it showed the time. Then she said I could have put the key in the drop box. I said how was I supposed to know that? She took the key and as she walked into the store she asked the other customers who had also been waiting to please not yell at her too. I didn't yell at her, I just expressed my frustration about her not telling me. Just a very frustrating experience as my son was getting married and I was on a very tight schedule.
Bruce LThe truck was fine. But the wheel of the dolly came apart upon easy use. And was charged for a dirty van but left nothing in the van except what was rented. Not a fan
Joseph NErin at this drop-off location was incredible. the communication was what i want in this sort of experience. I informed her that i didnt need the truck for the entire time and was able to coordinate with her getting it back early. She was Delightful, i would def try and rent from her moving fwd.
CHRIS GThis was my first time renting a truck from this location using the app check out. I requested a dolly but there wasn’t one in the truck. This severely set my move back time wise as I had to locate a dolly to use since the store was closed when I picked up the truck. I was charged for a dolly even tho there wasn’t one in the truck. Other than that everything went well.
