Not CHARGE EXTRA MILES when given a Smaller Truck when the Customer Reserverd a Larger Truck 3 Weeks in Advance.
RITA EI was charged over $100 for a second fee that was not mentioned, I paid $83 dollars for the initial fees then charged $104 two days later. I was told the location would be closed and I could drop off the keys later that same day in which I did.
