Easy process!!!
Kye GErin from West Coast Storage was fabulous. She was professional, friendly, and went out of her way to help me sort through my unfortunate and very frustrating experience due to U-Haul’s backend inventory and reservation system mismanagement. I made (and received email confirmation) a reservation for a truck to be picked up at a U-Haul location that was within walking distance for me. On the day of the reservation, I received a text indicating the truck was at a different location, resulting in additional and very inconvenient schedule rearrangements and unanticipated ride share expenses. I hope U-Haul makes a concerted effort to improve its reservation system as soon as possible. As is, it’s asking for poor reviews and a loss of customers.
