The drop off location had irregular hours and was not open when we returned our rental at 8:30 am, so I had to do everything through the app on my phone. Had a couple of snags with that too when my phone died in the middle of the process, but everything got processed eventually. Aside from the user error on the app and no one there to us help us through the process it was a pleasant experience.
Sandra BErin was very helpful considering the U-Haul system was not cooperating. Tried from my app as well and system was as very slow. Erin helped us navigate and was able to check us in and get us on our way. Thanks Erin!
Matt HHad to wait for about 15 minutes to get seen to pick up truck. Inside cab was clean but windows very dirty. Had to stop and wash them. Truck ran well.
