Great people and awesome service/ truck. Everything worked out. My only issue was with U-Haul, not West Coast Storage. U-Haul didn’t send information out in advance in regard to how to access the truck if the place is closed. Other than that, everything was great.

Rude customer service will never go back
Andrew RMy drop off location changed last minute but I didn't realize. So west coast didn't have me in there system to be dropped off. But the women working was very nice and took care of processing the return. The revised drop off location would have been a major inconvenience. Wish reserved pick up and drop offs would be more reliable.
