The customer care person that helped me was absolutely amazing!! She made sure my reservation didn’t get sent elsewhere and I can’t say enough how thankful I was for her. So for improvement, don’t try to send people to a different location!

The U Haul app is a horrible customer experience. I spent 90 minutes attempting to check in remotely early morning. pages don't load, redirects to page does not exist. fields entered to not save and require reentry later in process. over all will never rent from u haul again
roger kThe service reps are very nice and professional. Their office area was clean and smelled great🤣 My only suggestion would be to address the equipment and customer parking areas. They could use some improvement
