He was helpful said we got a discount for taking to the location they asked us to but the app wasn't showing it so told us that mabey it would show up after we dropped it off. Drove over an hour out of our way to drop off at the location that uhaul asked us to only to be charged more than the original agreement. We called this man and he tried very hard to help us the best he could. He gave us customer service number but they were not helpful said they would put in dispute and we would get a call back. I have a receipt that says we were suppose to be charged 385 but the charged over 600 dollars.
