This transaction went well. However, I reserved the trailer at a location across the street from my house and found out the DAY BEFORE that I would have to travel 16 miles one way to actually get the trailer. Please don't allow customers to reserve at locations that don't actually have the equipment. That reeks of bait and switch. Also, the woman I spoke to on Saturday was rude. She needs a course in customer service. Because I now understand that pick up locations are not guaranteed, I'll have to consider my options when I need a rental again. It is important to me to plan ahead so changing the plans the day before is not satisfactory to me. I rated this transaction well because the gentleman at the location we picked up from was very kind but that was not my choice to go there.
