This was my only bad experience with U-Haul. The staff at this location were very unprofessional and rude. I was also charged extra when I left the location. I wouldn’t recommend renting from this branch.

Gave me the truck with no gas the E light was on he told me that he would give me 4 blankets only had 2 wasn’t professional what so ever dont recommend coming here

HAYDEH NMy only issue was the fact I was told the truck only had a 1/16th of a tank of gas in it & can return it with the same. I was hoping to make it to a gas station. I've used Uhaul before & never had that happen.
KATHY OThere was a problem with the passenger side mirror, but the dealership tightened it up for me.
