Pickup & drop off were both very easy. Only thing I had trouble with was I got a text message to take a picture of the van and plate and to document everything before leaving. Unfortunately I was well on my way by the time i saw it. I would have preferred to be told those things at pickup. I was busy and did not look at my phone.

They was very helpful
DAVID AThe parking area for Moving vans was crowded with little turnaround space. Not any discounts or flexibility. Facility was too busy for quality customer service (auto repairs and Tire sales). I miss the printed contracts.
WILLIAM SI will be using this location again in the future. Everything was so quick and easy. No hidden fees! I was waited on by two different agents, both had very good customer service. I highly recommend using them for your hauling.
