I made a reservation and had to call customer service myself to get the confirmation almost a week after because nobody called me. When they answered, I was told the system was down and they told me they’d call me back later. Hours passed by and I ended up calling again myself only to be told that everything was booked in my area. I ended up having to ask my parents to pick it up because I didn’t have my car with me, it was 45 minutes away.

GERRY SThis was my only bad experience with U-Haul. The staff at this location were very unprofessional and rude. I was also charged extra when I left the location. I wouldn’t recommend renting from this branch.
