JESSE HI made a reservation and had to call customer service myself to get the confirmation almost a week after because nobody called me. When they answered, I was told the system was down and they told me they’d call me back later. Hours passed by and I ended up calling again myself only to be told that everything was booked in my area. I ended up having to ask my parents to pick it up because I didn’t have my car with me, it was 45 minutes away.
