The truck pick up was great but your website and your app were messed up and we spent a couple of hours trying to download pictures and all the other stuff you require because your site was messing up. The people on the phone couldn't figure out how to help us either so a lot of time sitting around wasted. FIX YOUR ONLINE SERVICES!!! TERRIBLE!!!

Kenneth JUsing your personal phone to obtain my card and my driver's license info front and back is to me fraudulent and to pretending to not receive information for an e-alert for thirty minutes when it was lifted immediately and to try to add another until I was told to leave that location because the e-alert employee told me something wasn't adding up ....only then did the person state that all was approved. Crooked employee
