My truck was exactly what i needed and ready. However, the app wasn't very easy to follow. After several hours delay, and a call on a provided number, we were 2 1/2 hours late leaving because it wasn't working properly. I was paying my help by the hour. This cost me a lot of money. I had a 4:00 am pick up time and didn't leave until 6:30am. We didn't arrive home, unpack and get into bed until 1:30am. My help was paid by the hour. This cost me quite a bit of money. To say that I'm unhappy is an understatement.

Robert BI did the mobile check in due to the office being closed because it was Sunday. This was the first time that I had used the mobile check in feature. It was easy to follow and complete. The only issue that I had was I got there @ 12:45pm and the check in process along with all the pictures took me until 1:15 to complete and I’m very tech savvy. The only suggestion is maybe make the check in process a little shorter somehow. But I would still give the experience and 9 out of a 10. Thanks again for all you do.- Elizabeth Wheeler
