Brandon LGet someone with a better attitude… train them in what is ok and not ok to do… like snatching people’s phone out of their hands and proceeding to go into it instead of telling you what to do… just close this location. They are shady and take your money

SANTOS GThis is the first time in using UHaul that I have been told to hook up my own trailer. i was literally told to go out and hook up my own trailer. I wouldn't go back to that place if it was the only place I could get what I needed. Who's liable if the trailer happened to come disconnected? ME? I'm not the person who's been supposedly trained on how to properly attach it to my truck! I think I need a complimentary rental since I got such poor customer service. I need one more trailer to complete this move and believe that's the least you could do for me. Just don't ask me to go back to that location. I will use another company if you ask me to go there.
