This was the worst I have been treated at uhaul. They didn't speak fluent English. Couldn't answer my questions. Told me I would be responsible for a blown tire if I didn't purchase insurance. After calling reservations was told it was up to pickup location about military or senior discount then location said it was up to reservations? Why? Shouldn't this be a Corporate decision? When I ask the clerk a question she turned to the other clerk and started talking in another language? They didn't go out to check trailer or hook-up? NOT Happy.

Loading Ramps on this unit were hard to set and reset for loading vehicle. I have used these car haulers many times in past. Note also the brakes on this unit appeared to be better than other units I have used also. I had to wait a long time on receipt as the computer would not print it. Waited on someone to come in to fix and print receipt.

Business only has one employee working counter. While UHaul customers must wait to rent or return Vehicle. Even if we get there early.

Your customer service is PITIFUL! I waited on hold for at least 10 minutes, while I had other people waiting on me to pick up my truck. Finally, someone answers, I explain my problem and she says "hold one moment while I get someone to help with that" And another 10 minute hold. It was infuriating! Surely, U-haul makes enough money to hire enough people to answer their phones. It's a horrible customer experience! I know you offer work from home positions. Maybe better advertising of your open positions, or better pay. Either way, Get it together U-Haul!

This location is served by an under-staffed convenience store/gas station. It took me 45+ minutes to get my trailer picked up.

Make sure that the representative checks the truck out and inspects it with each customer. Plus make sure extra accessories are furnished that are paid for and you don't have to spend the extra time and has to go back and get it.

The young lady had a difficult time understanding me. I told her my name several times. She kept telling me that I didn’t have a one way trailer reserved. I had made a mistake and reserved a local truck. She even had my license in her hand. I even gave her the reservation number and she told me that I was mistaken. In disgust she finally turned the laptop screen to me and said “ here, you look”. I politely told her that I was not That person and asked her again to look up my reservation.

They didn’t do a walk around. The trailer was filthy in and out. The chains were different lengths. They did not even come out of the store, just handed us the paperwork and told us to hook the trailer up ourselves. I’ve used trailers before, but their tongue lock system is different, so the trailer was not secure and came unhooked, throwing us back and forth violently and almost flipping our vehicle before I got it to the shoulder to slow it down. They jeopardized the lives of me, my parents and my children. We were walked through hookup over the phone and got it secured, but now I have to find out what damages other than cosmetic was done to my vehicle.

No one helped with hook up or inspection. They did not come out of the store. I had to do all of the safety checks myself(lights and chains). This trailer is heavy and there was no one to help lift. The trailer had a substantial amount of existing damage.

Inside of cab smelled like cigarette smoke and steering seemed loose otherwise the truck ran well and your dealer was great,enjoyed doing business with them

The location is not available by phone. I had to drive there to make reservation. Agents should be readily available by phone. There is a phone number but I called several times and no one answered.

Upon Arrival was unable to enter the business because I am in a wheelchair and the wheelchair ramp is blocked by an ice machine. When advised of this, the person said "Yeah, we know"...Had to get someone to go in and have the guy come out to the car. In addition we had to take a detour because of the excessive snowfall in the area (roads on your plan were not available) and the location charged us for the additional miles. These have since been refunded.
