No one present to receive the drop off. Had to leave it outside. The locked gate took video to show proof. Using the mobile link sent to me by your customer service department. I completed the drop off process successfully.

This was my 4th time renting in a month. The staff at this location is excellent! Great to deal with.
ERIC BI had a low tire when I picked it up. Had to stop and air it up so you may check those before you rent them.
SCOTT SLet customers know if there is a mileage limitation and how trips are calculated. The lady at the the pickup location asked me where I was moving to, and used that as my destination which put an estimate of mileage on the contract. When I dropped the U-Haul off I was charged $1 an extra mile over that estimate, which came out to an additional $400 on top of the initial fee $362
