Dropped off the truck after hours. Received a call from them the next morning. Everyone was helpful and pleasant.
Robert N.Only hitch was I tried to use the app to drop off the truck earlier on a Sunday when the truck was due back on Monday and I had to spend a half hour with customer service to make sure that I was in the right place and the information was given over the phone not online as advertised by U-Haul.
