I called them after I picked up the trailer in Utah and told them I would be delivering in AZ the next day he said ok. When I got there they said they didn't have room for it and to take it up the road to their 2nd location. Why not Uhaul changed the pickup location why not change the drop off location too. When I got to the second location some kids (I'm guessing the kids of the lady that works there?) were kicking a ball against the wall in the office the whole time I was talking to her, I thought I was in a day care!
