Two hours after I picked up the truck, I received a phone call from U-Haul stating that my original drop-off point was at capacity, necessitating a change to an alternative location 11 miles or 25 minutes driving from the initial drop-off. Furthermore, I was charged an additional fee for returning the truck to what was deemed an incorrect location. I will contact customer service to initiate a formal complaint.
