This was our selected drop off location and was acceptable when the reservation was made. On the way, we called the Cashiers location and the person answering advised that the location was fine as long as we were there by 7:00. When we arrived, the person in charge was nasty and advised that she did not know about the drop off and would not accept the trailer. I advised that my rate was calculated and my reservation made with this drop off location. I advised that I was leaving the trailer and did do , and left. She advised that I would get surcharged for leaving it. Horrible customer service.
