The trailer was junk half the lights wasn't working when I pulled it out I asked him for another trailer he told me no the trailer pulled like it had a ton of weight on it the trailer was unsatisfactory and unsafety when we pulled the ramp out on the driver side the rent fell out of it and hit the ground and then when I was pulling my truck up on it right at the last bit the damn rant fell out of the holster it was a terrible experience and then when I called and told him what was going on the owner of the hardware store basically called me a liar and told me there was nothing wrong with the trailer

No issues at all with the location. Not so sure about the guy who filled my order. I was given a trailer with one bad tire and that did not have functioning brake lights or turn signals. Had to make do with it because of timing. Cost was way more than the move should have been.
