Well first of all the location and people were friendly and right on BUT we got an extra day and got 211 miles and we turned the truck in before 24 hrs were even up so it was a day and an hour early and we went 30 miles less than the 211 miles and we were not reimbursed for either the extra day or the 30 miles we didn’t use we will never use U-Haul again we didn’t ask for 211 miles we didn’t need that many so we are not happy with the customer service part of it very positive that we won’t use you agin and say good things about the U-Haul experience
