It was a terrible location and very unprofessional. I have used another location two other times and it is no where as good! No one in the office. We had a call a number. It was really terrible.

The automated system is the worst most complicated terrible customer service system ever and the return taking pictures that never work. I had to put my license in four times when I pi ked it up, please get back to human beings.

ANDREW CGal in Castaic was very helpful and nice. I was really upset with Uhaul overall because they allowed me to make a reservation online and then moved me to two other locations in LA because they didn’t actually have the trailer I rented. I went to the location in Sylmar at 8am and no one opened the shop. The trailer wasn’t even there. Uhaul then sent me to Castaic. The move was delayed and I was told I couldn’t cancel nor would they give a discount for my inconvenience since I agreed to fine print online that says they can move me around in order to find a rental. It would’ve been nice to at least receive a call. Very poor customer service. I rated Castaic a 5 because they were very nice and helpful. Uhaul as a corporation could care less.
