No one physically helped me, I never saw an employee. I hooked up the trailer myself in the rain and completed the contract on the phone. No one at the location when I returned the trailer.

Rowena AI arrived there was no one working at the place. (they stepped out from what I was told). I had to do my entire transaction talking to a person through a Ring camera. The transaction was quick, but then I was told to drop the trailer off in the back. Luckily my sister has experience maneuvering trailers because it was a very tight area. We also had to unhitch, and maneuver the trailer (chalk, the tires, etc.). It was a lot of work and something I would have preferred be done by the employees.
