JAMES FThe rental was great, but I lost my driver's license and two credit cards. We thought we lost it at the storage site, but could not find them. The next day we received a call that my cards had been found. Really happy with the outcome.

James PAs with most of my drop offs at this location, no one was there. They close at 3:00 pm, so no one is there to assist. I arrived at 4:30 and had to unhitch the 6 x 12 trailer without assistance. I’m 65 and that trailer is very heavy. I could have sustained an injury doing it myself. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen! You might want to correct this before one happens.
