I expected to have to hang around while the truck was checked in, but the employee took the contract page, checked his computer and sent me on my way. The receipt came promptly by email. Very convenient.

Explain distance details better. I thought I was able to stay within distance miles but unfortunately detours and road construction caused many extra miles i guess. Also I was sent a text message saying I was to tow a trailer for $500 but no further information was provided unfortunately. Employees were very helpful with everything else.

SARAH LWe arrived at 3:30 and did not realize it closed at 3. The kids in the garage adjust to it just said to leave it. Felt strange we did not have a confirmation that we left it.
