Despite a nation wide computer issue Wayne was outstanding. He immediately let us know what was going on and he would be right with us. Our truck was ready to roll. Luckily the computer issues were resolved and we were quickly on our way! Thanks Wayne!

Evelyn BThey were closing around 3:30 the day I showed up to drop off. He was generous and said he’d help with it since it was a trailer. He was helpful but short and was clearly in a hurry to get out of work for the day.
Beth MI will never use uhaul again. This company is extremely poor at customer service. I was told the afternoon before my pickup date that the equipment I was renting was not available. Then I was charged extra for another truck. Then I was on the phone and trying to ask questions and the people either transferred me to another person or was hung up on. This company just plan sucks!!!!!!!!!!
