Very pleasant experience with the drop-off. The person I dealt with was very friendly. He also showed me how to use a dolly to remove the tongue from the trailer ball and lower it to the ground. No paperwork to deal with. It was clear that he was expecting me, and he was totally prepared.

Will use again in two months
DENNIS ELoading door and the latch to open to uhaul was frozen shut when we got it home. Employee hooked up the tire trailer for us but did not latch it properly so it tipped up when we drove the car on. We were told we’d get help and then no one would help us and one employee just did in the door way staring at us as we struggled. There was no washer fluid which was very unsafe in snowy conditions. Tire pressure was low. This rental experience was a complete nightmare.
LANG SFrom making a Uhaul truck reservation online, through pickup, until return, it was all an easy experience. The price was fair and the truck was very clean and in good shape. I don't think it could get any easier.
