Upon arrival I was instructed that I needed to drop off vehicle at original location and the key would then have to come back to drop off location.

This comment is not about the location but rather UHaul corporate offices. The newly implemented verification/reference process is cumbersome and clunky. This process was not clearly articulated during the online rental process nor was the callback process from a UHaul agent timely. This this process makes the check-in process longer and distracts from one of the primary reasons for renting U-Haul which is quick and easy rental experience along with fair pricing If this process is to stay, it needs to be transparent and upfront.
