Had a lot of trouble getting the truck, was yelled at by the guy etc for not having the app. not friendly at all.
Schneur KRequested truck for 8:30. No one showed up until 9:00 and didn’t even have the truck size I needed. Gave me the keys and told me to drive 4 miles away to get the size I needed. Then called me saying there were 2 dolly’s in the back that needed to be returned, causing me to turn around and back track instead of going to my destination. Horrible experience and would not recommend location to anyone
Patrick GProcess to pick up and return vehicle was difficult. Truck was a mile from location, buried in snow. I had to shovel it out. Check engine light was on. No back up camera
