This comment is not about the location but rather UHaul corporate offices. The newly implemented verification/reference process is cumbersome and clunky. This process was not clearly articulated during the online rental process nor was the callback process from a UHaul agent timely. This this process makes the check-in process longer and distracts from one of the primary reasons for renting U-Haul which is quick and easy rental experience along with fair pricing If this process is to stay, it needs to be transparent and upfront.
