Open earlier - not opening until 10 am, but accepting a 9 am check in, then having to do everything mobile created some issues. Such as being charged a day rate, for a four hour rental, and also for mileage, when I only drove 100 miles. There was nothing in what I signed, saying that there was a mileage limitation or a mileage surcharge, especially $1 per mile.
