This location needs better/bigger signage. Attendants did a great job getting us in and out quickly. Overall, it was a good experience.

Nothing. Excellent communication. Friendly customer service. Gave me the little tips/reminders that I needed to operate the truck confidently. Truck was very clean and ran smoothly.

Friendly place to rent from

The person named Tony Munoz that sent me an email saying they had tried calling me when the truck was late is a lie. I never received any phone calls. And for only being one day late, I think it is uncalled for to immediately begin threatening to report the truck as “stolen off the lot”. I have been late to Pensky before and they were way more accommodating and kind. I will never use U-Haul again and gladly pay a little more for better trucks and more importantly better service. Might I add this is how you are treating military members, so expect me to pass the word on to everyone I know. Thanks for making a difficult time even more stressful.

We were charged $39.00. We were told the truck wasn’t clean( which it was) and we had it full of gas. Which they had us park on a slant and then had the nerve to tell us it wasn’t full. We tried to get to park the truck on flat ground and they just argued with us.

The lights on the 12x6 trailer I rented did not work on the right side at all. It was the only trailer that size in the yard .....I took it anyways.

Nobody there even though internet said open. Pull-up door was open but nobody in sight. Guy next door at pawn/gun shop said nobody there on Sunday so just leave it. Was unsure whether someone could steal.

Location was OK, Personnel was great. The truck was another story. Dirty, overdue for an oil change. Broken gas cap so check-engine light was on for the entire trip.

Great job

The customer service was excellent !!!

There are two doors to the office; one outside and one inside an open garage. Neither doors had signage that it was the U-Haul office. Having signs would reduce confusion as to where the office is, since the location is shared with a used tire store.

Didn’t open until 10 and I arrived at 8:15 but worker in another part of business helped by taking keys.

Not the location we reserved at. Once there and paperwork completed we were told to go next door to the gun shop to get the keys. No info was given on the vehicle itself- no walk around. Sketchy to say the least!

Chris L. on

Had no idea where this place was, when I found it it was in a dirty, shed with no signage. Thought I was walking into a future crime scene

can be difficult to get into/out of depending on the time of day and traffic.

Very helpful when I had to exchange for a larger trailer

The only thing I would recommend is that the workers inside actually look at the level of fuel before assuming that it’s on full. Ours was not full and it’s hard to gauge how to return it at the same level that it was if it’s not filled up all the way.

Not sure of what location. I go relocated to another location and was told to be there at 9:30am. They didn't open until 10am. The whole experience felt like it was held together by duct tape. The people were nice, but always felt like they were fighting the logistics and tools. I saw 3 people booted around and one cancel their reservation because of their similar situation.

Lawrence R. on

Very nice. Staff greeted me quickly, confirmed gas and mileage and I was on my way. Thanks.
