I’ve rented Uhauls all over Austin and never had as many issues as as this location. First of, be prepared to be eaten by thousands of mosquitoes, second our truck keys given were the ones listed in the contract but had given instructions to get a different truck even though thats a liability issue. Third, the truck had a misfire, no cold AC in a 105 degree day.

Philip GLocation - nothing U-haul - app is a joke and has actually gotten worse over last 5 years. Either fix it or drop it. The app is eroding what little brand U-haul has left.
