No one was there. Apparently they close at 4 PM. I have no confidence that things are going to be handled properly because I just had to leave the truck and no one was there to verify anything at all.

CREA CI needed a Uhaul to move my belongings, and I made the reservation in advance to pick up the truck via mobile pickup at 6am. Upon arrival to pick up the truck, the app prompted me to call a number during the mobile check in process, and they explained my equipment was not ready to be picked up. I had to leave the facility, kill 4 hours, and come back when the location opened to pick up the truck. The customer service number was able to change my reservation time so I was still able to have the truck for the appropriate amount of time, but making the reservation in advance did no good since the truck and equipment were not prepared for early mobile pick up.
