DAVID MNothing Wow'ed me . I rented an In town Trailer. I called a few hours later to ask if it was possible to return to an out of town location. I knew there would be an additional charge but I was told it would be up to $400 to drop off to another location. IF this is your policy I would suggest reviewing how the calculations come about. I was 50 minutes from the pickup location. To tell me that could be $400 is insane. They stated that they Own that trailer and that they would not have rented it to me if I was originally asking for a one-way trailer. I also saw the text that asked mt to verify the condition of the trailer just before I returned it. I would think that is something that would be part of the original check out procedure with the employee.
