Truck was very dirty and had glass on the floor. I picked it up at night so couldn’t see it. Doors don’t close there’s a gap in door panel so rain got all inside the truck. When I returned the truck I indicated that it needed to be clean because I received it dirty. I was the. Charged a cleaning fee. Very unpleasant uhaul experience.

Eric LThe check in was great. However, the truck was in disrepair and falling apart on the inside. We were not sure it was safe to even drive. Before returning the truck the gas gauge didn't reflect the intake of gas until the tank was full. We stopped pumping and turned the truck on 5 different times to check the gauge, in which it didn't move any of the times. I was only required to fill to 1/2 way. I did not get any kind of credit for a full tank of gas and was charged additional for the mileage. VERY DISAPPOINTING! U-haul needs to do better!
