The location is great. The people working there are awesome! The truck was awful. 133k on the odometer, the rollup door didn’t properly close and required heavy effort to get it completely down, the padlock was frozen and couldn’t be used, the passenger seatbelt didn’t click in. The truck was gross and made our move harder. This is why I only use U-Haul when it’s short distance. U-Haul should learn from Penske who have amazing equipment.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI appreciate the service I receive at this location!
Angela LEverything was almost perfect, employee was nice and truck was good, except for 1 thing. I placed my reservation a week in advance and asked for 2 dolly but was told they didn’t have any left when I came to pick up the truck. Not sure why there wasn’t any available by it I told the employee I NEED at least 1 and then he suggested that maybe the truck might have one already in it, which it did but i feel like if I make a reservation a week in advance either hold 2 for me or reach out that day or last week when you realize you’re short handed on dolly. Other than that everything else was good.
Carlos Athank you so much for all your help and assistance!
