The employee was very helpful and the trailer looked clean, but it leaked a significant amount of water on our belongings. We have never had this experience with Uhaul before so it was extremely disappointing to arrive at our destination and discover wet, damaged cardboard boxes, a soggy mattress topper and wet suitcases.

JACOB CTruck was very dirty and had glass on the floor. I picked it up at night so couldn’t see it. Doors don’t close there’s a gap in door panel so rain got all inside the truck. When I returned the truck I indicated that it needed to be clean because I received it dirty. I was the. Charged a cleaning fee. Very unpleasant uhaul experience.
