The check in was great. However, the truck was in disrepair and falling apart on the inside. We were not sure it was safe to even drive. Before returning the truck the gas gauge didn't reflect the intake of gas until the tank was full. We stopped pumping and turned the truck on 5 different times to check the gauge, in which it didn't move any of the times. I was only required to fill to 1/2 way. I did not get any kind of credit for a full tank of gas and was charged additional for the mileage. VERY DISAPPOINTING! U-haul needs to do better!

RODRIGO DChecked in online and the truck number I was assigned wasn't at the location. Was issued a different truck after some time however the interior wasn't cleaned. The app wasn't working when I returned it and the on-site person had a sign for out of office. Dropped the keys in the box and was somehow charged for an additional day hours later when they finally processed the return.
