I never selected this location. I attempted calling twice with showing proof to my call log. The female asked why was I calling? I said to inform of being late. She said that does nothing you need to pay. How? A phone call should’ve been helpful. She was rude and nasty. I said I’ll call customer service. She said customer service can’t help you. A nasty attitude for no reason.

dolores wIt was no fuel in the truck and she made me pay for fuel so I wouldn't be charge 30 for gas and I left the keys in drop box at midnight and the lady didn't check the truck back in until 6pm next day. Very unprofessional
