My husband and son were sent to t4 locations after my son made a reservation on the phone with U-Haul after arriving to pick up the car trailer the clerk said he made a mistake and overlooked and didn’t have the trailer so they were sent to another location and there was told that the guy that sent them there was mistaken they didn’t have the trailer either so they had to make another reservation and was sent to the 3rd location whitch was a indoor furniture store flea market some sketchy location mind you we are from Tennessee and this was in Georgia and they didn’t know anything about it and didn’t have one so they sent them to the last location and it was in a store the guy had it and it had a low tire my husband proceeded to tell the guy the tire was low and his response was put air in it well of course we knew to do that we just wanted to point that out to him but we got back to Tenn with the vehicle that broke down thankfully and returned the trailer but that was a real experience

Treat the foul smell in cab. Truck is old and well used so dont think anything can be done about the condition of truck but it operated well enough to be successful in moving furniture Thank you for smooth transition

LAWRENCE LI never selected this location. I attempted calling twice with showing proof to my call log. The female asked why was I calling? I said to inform of being late. She said that does nothing you need to pay. How? A phone call should’ve been helpful. She was rude and nasty. I said I’ll call customer service. She said customer service can’t help you. A nasty attitude for no reason.
