The people are very nice and helpful. They have a little bit of a drainage problem where they are storing some of their trailers. Water ponds so that you have to walk in puddles to hook and unhook the trailer in a couple of spots (this was after snow had melted and cold temperatures).

Trailer and Towing Supplies
Impressed with the car hauler. Easy to use and seemed very sturdy. The person that assisted us at the U-Haul location was extremely knowledgeable about the equipment. Courteous and helpful! Great experience. Joe
We cannot commend Robyn enough for her amazing, friendly, and efficient customer service!! She was so very helpful and helped make our move easier! Samuel was also helpful and customer-oriented and we appreciated him as well!
There was nothing really to improve. It was just a very small, third-party business that provided U-Haul trucks and equipment.
Since this location is also a storage location, put highly visible striping or coloration on the key access input panel, I almost backed into it with my personal vehicle and never even saw it! Appreciate the advice about the "Granny Gear" too.
Robin and her team were quick to get me on my way at drop off. She is a great ambassador for the U-Haul Company!
The lady there helped me more than any of the ladies on the customer service hotline. I had problems picking up the truck because uhaul.com couldn't pick up my location. I had my location turned on and every other app I use knew where I was.
The service was much better than my last U-Haul truck rental (a one-way from Wisconsin to Tennessee), but as always, the truck itself sucked; clean, yes, well maintained, I don't think U-Haul knows what that means. I've driven trucks of various sizes for personal use, work and farm purposes off and on most of my life, and U-Haul trucks have been terrible to drive for at least 35 years. This one only had 81,000 miles on it, but sounded and felt like it would fall apart at any moment; the transmission was extremely rough, steering was very sluggish, and at anything approaching 55 mph it was difficult to keep on the road. But it did what I needed it to, and hopefully I won't need to rent another anytime soon.
Trailer look like it had been in the woods for 10 years and I had to wash it when I got home because they was all dirty outside Inside was clean.
Need to pave the parking lot
Make sure there is a dolley in the truck. Especially when you are charging for it
