Uhaul itself needs to make some changes though. The mileage they give you on a daily one way trip is not enough. They need to consider the distance between the pickup and the loading point. And the distance from the drop off and return point. I was over a few miles and it cost me another $15. At the same time I returned the truck with more fuel than I received it with. They need to factor that into the equation as well. Just my opinion.

We were very pleased with the personnel and service at Hohenwald Tn., only thing that would have made the transaction better would have been a closer pickup place to where we live.
Charlie COverall, everything worked out fine. When I made my reservation for my 6'x12' trailer, a month in advance, I had no idea my reservations would be lost twice. I think y-haul needs to invest in a better system. Aside from that, I would use U-haul again. Satisfied customer. Ron

MICHAEL REquipment was well maintained, however as I loaded the trailer I noticed it was dirty. The outside of the trailer needed a good wash. Otherwise, everything worked well.
