Overall, everything worked out fine. When I made my reservation for my 6'x12' trailer, a month in advance, I had no idea my reservations would be lost twice. I think y-haul needs to invest in a better system. Aside from that, I would use U-haul again. Satisfied customer. Ron

MICHAEL REquipment was well maintained, however as I loaded the trailer I noticed it was dirty. The outside of the trailer needed a good wash. Otherwise, everything worked well.
