My pick up location was changed to this location approximately 3 hours prior to pickup. I was assured I could show up early however when I arrived approximately an hour early, there was no attendant at the location even though the location was listed as being open. I then had to wait an hour for an employee to show to allow me to rent the trailer. This significantly delayed my progress for the day.Nathan B.

Store opened 40 minutes late. Took 15 minutes to get paperwor even though I complete online checkin. Was originally told, computer down give me $30 and you can take the trailer????? Scam maybe!! Uhaul phone was no help when store opened late. Uhaul has gotten really bad.William B.
When we picked truck up, and was talking about mileage, the rep didnt count the mileage I had to travel to my old home with the mileage from pick up place to new home so I had overage charges I wasnt expecting, but thankfully it wasn't much! Just a helpful hint!Richard C.

We reserved a trailer in Tuscaloosa AL at a U-Haul location no more than 2 miles from our house, more than a week before need. Just two days before the rental, my wife gets a call from the location saying we would have to pick up the trailer in Centreville AL, 35 miles away. This resulted in a 70 mile round trip, 4 gallons of gas and an extra 1.5 hours in an already hectic day, just to get the trailer. Ridiculous. Very unhappy with U-Haul at this point.Carl W.

1. Don't hang up on the customer. It usually makes them angry. 2. Sweep the uhaul. Nobody wants someone's nasty leftover food with their furniture. 3. Be nice. That's always a good start. 4. Have the equipment you say you will provide available and do not use "we haven't had dollies or furniture pads for five years" as reasoning for your inability to provide what the customer ordered 5. Actually inspect the uhaul so it doesn't break down when the customer leaves and delay them for seven hours 6. Actually provide a drop-off location instead of saying "I don't know, call around and figure it out"jason T.
The gentleman did not walk outside with me to double check the truck. The gas was only filled to 3/4 of a tank. The truck was filthy on the inside with left over Chik-fila food and the bed of the truck was filthy with old dirt and trash.Courtney T.

My primary complaint is that U-Haul denied my request for a refund of 2 days early delivery. I had PAID for an extra 5 days above my normal contract of 4 days. I felt that it was a favor to U-Haul to estimate my overtime and pay in advance for it. HOWEVER, my husband broke his ribs and we had to return 2 days earlier than expected. NOBODY in U-Haul district customer service NOR at Corporate Customer Service could or would make the $40 refund for the unused extra days. VERY POOR CORPORATE POLICY!!!KATHERINE M W.
The U-Haul was not attached properly so when we pulled out of the parking lot onto the street the U-Haul came off and as we stopped at a red light the U-Haul slid into the rear end of our car.LYNN M.

Location has no products available. Blankets, Boxes etc. Blankets were ordered at the time I placed order for truck / toe dolly and when I arrived at facility there was none. I never received any information regarding this until I arrived.BRYAN G.
I picked up the truck and there and it wad almost on empty so I stopped and put 30 dollars of gas in it and when we dropped it off they said it didn't have a 1/4th of a tank so I had to stop and put 20 dollars more gas in it. I should be reimbursed for my 20 dollars worth of gas.KIM P.
