Kara DI doubt you could do anything to improve an experience. I called first, I spoke to Charlie and was told he had what I needed and would hold it while I was on the way to rent it. I arrived and rented it with absolutely zero problems, even though my brother was going to be driving it and I was paying for it. Charlie made the transaction so easy.
