The location was simply a parking lot. The owner was very nice and responsive to my phone call. I would not recommend this site because it is simply a parking lot and had the owner not been onsite, and responsive to my call, I am not sure how I would have returned the truck. It was difficult to find the building number of the business.

The owner at Sanju Collections was very helpful and provided clear instructions to me. This made the check in and check out process very easy.
Brandon JThe check in process was a pain. First the app said there would be counter check in available a starting from 11:30am and there was not. The shop was closed when I arrived at 12 pm. I had to move to a remote check in which isn't a big deal but I ran into an issue where I could not verify my truck. Everytime I clicked to do so in the app I got sent to a browser saying this link only works in the app. I had to call and have someone send me a new link. Also having to take multiple pictures of the truck before and after renting the truck is quite annoying compared to a counter check in/check out.
David KDid not realize the pick up and drop off would be self serve. Everything was via the app. It puts a burden on the customer and it was a pain. Will not do it again.
