Terrible experience - couldn’t access key due to incorrect instructions and took forever to get a hold of someone for help. Even the person helping didn’t know which box the key was in. The truck was also on empty. Also rented a dolly and didn’t get one bc at that point we were running so late and there was no one present to even ask. Will never come back here

The truck rental instructions are very confusing once you arrive at the location. For example there is a sign on the store front that instructs you to text a code to start the process. You never actually enter the store. The salesperson simply text you and tell you to pick up the truck 3 office buildings away.
Michelle SI have used uhaul multiple times in the past and this is the worst experience. I specifically reserved am appliance dolly and a furniture pads. Apparently, this location does not provide them. I don't understand why the website in the first place would give me the option to reserve. I planned everything right, but the whole day was messed up because of these unforeseen issues. In addition, the truck was definitely not well maintained. I drove the truck for a mile and the TPMS came on. I checked the tires and they looked fine. The sensor kept triggering every now and them for no reason and I had to pull over to check to make sure I was safe. Towards the end of the trip the TPMS light just stayed on. Clearly it was broken.
