Was no one there, only a sign on the door saying to check in via the website or app and retrieve key from lock box. Equipment was another 3 buildings back.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAll remote on a sunday, but pretty quick. Better directions on where to park would be good.
Matt SWas supposed to be open until 8pm but store closes at 5pm. There were notes about where to drop truck. No open drop box had to call a number. Person answered right away and was helpful, it was just confusing after a long day of moving Not locations fault but very frustrated with low mileage allowance and upcharge for extra miles, will not choose uhaul again
Terence MTerrible experience - couldn’t access key due to incorrect instructions and took forever to get a hold of someone for help. Even the person helping didn’t know which box the key was in. The truck was also on empty. Also rented a dolly and didn’t get one bc at that point we were running so late and there was no one present to even ask. Will never come back here
Lilly JThe truck rental instructions are very confusing once you arrive at the location. For example there is a sign on the store front that instructs you to text a code to start the process. You never actually enter the store. The salesperson simply text you and tell you to pick up the truck 3 office buildings away.
