Her children were left in the store location unsupervised, and then all she did was complain about how U-Haul only gives her $100 commission and then she put the wrong mileage on the paperwork of what the truck had so I had to pay extra when I didn’t even go that many miles I would never recommend this place to anybody to get a U-Haul.
BRITTANY BThe truck had garbage like boxes of furniture. We went several times to return the truck and the place was closed. We had to leave the keys in the lockbox.
