Truck was old, and I think having a rear view camera is a must in all of the U-Haul trucks. It was really hard while reversing the vehicle as there were no view point to look at .

I arrived at your location at 6:52 pm..doors were looked, everyone inside signaled they were closed. Your office states closing is at 7 pm. I had to beg for them to let me in to drop off the trailer after driving for 500 miles. Left trailer tail light was not working and lift gate door would not close.

Very nice store. Employees were personable, friendly and helpful. We will return to this location again should the need arise.

Was not told I was being charged per mile!

I will be debating the fuel charges tomorrow. I drove 10 miles and they added $50 in fuel charges. That is stealing and I want those charges refunded to me

Make sure all tires are properly inflated. I had to stop to get 1 tire inflated. Glad it wasn't worse.

Best U-haul I have been to. Quick, efficient, and nice people. Always stocked with boxes and always have the equipment. Great Folk.

The Managers customer service was horrible. I ran into a problem where I was unable to return item until Sunday. Instead of working with me and giving options, I was given an ultimatum. Return item Saturday or it will be reported stolen. I have used uhaul for over 20 years. This was the first time I felt helpless and utterly disgusted with the lack of compassion I was offered. I am a human being and I deserve to be treated like one. I will never use that location again!

The truck that was rented to me needs a new transmission. It was so dangerous driving. Idling at a red light the thing was running at 5000 rpm. Also would lurch to a stop without even touching the break.

Educate the worker about the rules on guaranteeing if the customer reservations was changed from Uhaul.

Mak sure to have remote key to lock doors. Unfortunately, I was to manually lock mini-van doors after I called in to complain. Other location one exit down had remote key.

The team at the NE Expressway UHaul got me out as quickly as they could and got me checked in in the same fashion. Even when something was not quite right on the reservation/computer, they worked together to get it right and get me on my way. Thanks!!!

The staff was very helpful to ensure I was taken care of (including inverting the hitch receiver for me...I have a new car where the receiver is lower than my old car).

I was charged for fuel that was supposed to be in the truck when I initially picked it up, but the truck I picked up was on empty and I have pics of the odometer showing the correct mileage at pick up and no gas was in the vehicle. I received no paperwork and was told only to return the truck with the same amount of I returned the truck with a little more fuel actually. The manager would not even look at my picture he just repeated to look at my contract and the fuel level listed (which I never had received or I would have said the gas amount was off from the get go. Worsted customer service and they would not admit their information was incorrect no matter if I had obvious evidence or not. The lady working had an attitude, was rude, and tried to tell me my picture of the dash with the exact mileage could have been from that means I knoew I’d be picking up that truck with that mileage just to try and rip them off of $10 if gas. Instead of fixing the issue they were terrible and rude and said I was being rediculous. Then the manager opened the door and told me to take it up with corporate. At that point I was pissed and said the is F’n BS and they are just ripping me off...charged me $56 for 2-3 gallons of gas due to a $30-$35 fee racked on and $4.75 per gallon gas rate. The best part is the woman came out into the parking lot and attacked me. Long story short, she’s going to jail, losing her job. The fact is I was correct and they were wrong and wouldn’t even take a second to admit it, all that matters to them is what BS they put on a contract that your may or may not see, especially with online check in. Yes I called the woman a bit** after she said I was a racist redneck...that’s the go to with any white person disagrees with an African American. My Roomate for the past two years is black!! Sorry for misspelling, typing on phone.

I was asked to return the truck full tank. When I picked it up, it was at 80%, I completed my trip and filled up the tank, but let the agent know the issue and the fact that I did not receive it full tank but returned it full tank just because the contracts asks me to. She said there is nothing we can do about this. I have a picture of the truck when I picked it.

Fantastic service all around! Great location and owners!

I recommend that customers always contact and verify their U-Haul reserved equipment locations directly prior to equipment pickup and not attempt to depend only on the U-Haul reservations website. For a second time, I attempted to use the U-Haul website this weekend to reserve equipment at other U-Haul locations, I received confirmation that the equipment I needed was available, and I completed the online Express Checkout; only to discover that the equipment I had reserved was unavailable at the confirmed pickup time and location. Fortunately, the kind folks at the Northeast Expressway location were able to "bail me out" on both of these website-related reservation SNAFUs and were able to provide me the equipment rentals I needed on a customer walk in basis. I can't say enough good things about the U-Haul team at Northeast Expressway.

Well the person who takes care me is very good costumer service but the manager he is very poor service he have I hope he not there next time

The option with adding a dolly and furniture blankets in the truck is a waste of space. I didn't rent any of these items, because i have my own. I need the moving storage space not supplies. The hope you use our dolly we provided eventhough I didn't ask for them just makes me want to use a different company next time i move. Please give the option to leave this out of the truck at the request of the client.
