Location is hard to get to, i waited 5 mins outside for someone to come help me (like the sign outside said too), when i went inside, the lady right away said the person said they are outside, i went outside and still waited 5 more mins. No other customer was outside waiting, i was the only person checking in a truck

I reserved a trailer for a different location and got switched to this one the morning of the reservation. The text message confirming my reservation gave the new address but DID NOT MENTION THAT THIS WAS A CHANGE so I didn't read the address and assumed the location where I had reserved the trailer was where I should go. A BETTER COMMUNICATION WOULD HAVE SAVED ME A TRIP TO THE WRONG LOCATION. The location I was shifted to was much less convenient for me and when I asked at the new location if I could return the trailer to the location I originally booked I was told that would have to be considered a one-way move and I would have to pay extra. In short, AFTER U-HAUL FAILED TO PROVIDE WHAT I HAD ASKED FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE I WOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY EXTRA TO GET ANY KIND OF RECOURSE FOR MY INCONVENIENCE. To be fair, the staff at the 2951 NE Expwy location were perfectly nice and tried to be helpful. In this case, U-HAUL'S SYSTEM FAILED ME AND NO ONE MADE ANY REAL ATTEMPT TO RECOGNIZE THAT AND FIX ANYTHING OR ALLEVIATE THE INCONVENIENCE.

Was surprised to get a truck with 141k, UHaul logos removed. Overall, the experience was good. The online checkin didn't work. The young lady who assisted me was courteous and quick. Used the location several times. Never had any issues here.

Give the truck with a full tank of gas and the customer must return it with a full tank of gas. It makes it a lot easier to fill up at the gas station instead of trying to fill it to 5/8.

We booked our reservation online and even followed up with a phone call directly to the location to confirm. When we arrived we were told there were no available trucks. When we asked how that could happen when we had a reservation, we were told “must’ve been a glitch in the system”. We were not offered any alternative solutions, no apologies, nothing. WE, the customer, were actually the ones who asked if there were any other size trucks available and suggested they give us a bigger truck for the same price as what we reserved. They finally agreed & we were on our way. Good customer service is when you work with your customer to solve the issue! Just saying “oops” and calling it a day is no way to conduct business!

They are number one and in my opinion if you could Klone the experience and service we get there, then Uhaul everywhere would give the finest of service.. I am most fortunate that this team there for us. Kailalah, the manager is always fair, honest and direct. She says what she means and means what she says. If she or her people promise you a truck, when you arrive it will be there and ready for you to go with it. I had scheduled a pickup at Clairmont UHaul location and checked in online. Upon arrival, we hooked up 4x8 trailer to my vehicle successfully. However, employee noticed that a lock had been placed on door to trailer, preventing us from opening trailer. Therefore, employee sent us to Chamblee UHaul location because Clairmont UHaul had no other 4x8 trailers available. Chamblee staff were nice, but unable to perform basic job duties. Initially, they were unable to hook vehicle up to first 4x8 trailer and blamed it on vehicle's trailer hitch, despite no problems at Clairmont location. We asked if we could try a second 4x8 trailer and had no problems hooking vehicle to trailer. However, this trailer did not have working brake and turn signal lights on the right side. We took this trailer anyway because it was the only one available that worked with our vehicle. As a result of this ordeal, we lost 2 hours of travel time.

The interior of the van smelled horrible. Had to get an air freshener in there before our drive. Also they didn’t do a walk around and there was damage to the side of the vehicle.
