It was my first bad experience using U-Hual, because my reservation site was suddenly changed. I only found out when the staff at my original location told me that they had no record of my reservation. I even checked to see if it was my mistake-whether I had entered the wrong location - but both the pickup and drop-off places matched what i had originally booked. I ended up driving 5 more minutes and had to spend extra money unnecessarily.
DOKYUNG JI was double charged on my one way rental. Once in at the pickup location and then again at the drop off location.
DARREN PThe only issue is that I paid for a dolly but it wasn’t in the truck. But the staff is very nice and the truck was clean
