I booked my truck for Lincoln IL. I had to pick it up at a location over an hour away, which I found out two days before my reservation date. I came from downers grove, il and there wasn’t another truck available between there and my destination!!! Crazy! Yes, everyone was nice and I received extra free miles and an extra day, but the extra time was disappointing for the day. Logistics has to be better than that. Thank you for listening.

The truck was not ready at the time of pick-up; I was able to access it one hour late. In addition, the gas tank was very empty (gas light was on) and I had to immediately take it across the street to add gasoline. I believe I was given a $30 credit, but I put in $67 right away to get my trip started.
