Although I had no issues with this location, I am disappointed that it wasn't explained very well that the extension of my equipment date would cost me an additional rate, I returned the vehicle just as the emailed required ,but wasn't explained properly that another day would be an additional cost.

Dawn CI was charged the a different original price at first then they reduced it due to traveling less miles and they haven't returned the difference.
Whitney NIt has been the worse experience I have ever had renting a truck or a car. I already reported the problems and a person named Jennifer Vanderbert said that she was going to send a referral to the Area Manager but it has been two weeks since then, and no one has contacted me yet. Below my signature, I will copy the conversations I had with this person. She was kind trying to help, but as I understood she couldn't do more, so that way she looped in someone else. In your videos, you said that these trucks come with it even if you didn't requested it in the reservation, but if you break the plastic seal, you pay extra 7 dollars. On the outside I could notice some scratches and dents.. Please see the attached pictures in which you can verify what I am saying. At this point, and as I said previously, I am very upset about the whole situation, but I am also very concerned about the condition of the truck in terms of maintenance. If U-Haul doesn't check the truck inside to rent it clean I seriously doubt they check things like breaks, oil, battery, tires, etc. I am now worried about safety. This is a big issue. Finally, I would like to ask you the favor of revising internally if I can get some kind of compensation for all the problems I have had so far .
