They were awesome to work with very flexible and I picked up my truck early with no questions. The truck was in great shape and had absolutely no issues. I thought I was going to be late and they were very helpful. I would highly recommend this location for U-Haul! Great people to work with if you need a moving truck.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNo power steering fluid, low oil, no reserve antifreeze, plus poor cleaning as there was dog food and dog shit under seat, and even though I had called both them and got no answer and then U-HAUL to get an extension on the rental time, which we were granted, Hollywood Liquors claimed none given, and these bastards called the police on us. I am sueing them while also filed filing false police report. Fuck U-HAUL CHAMPAIGN
jason wI booked my truck for Lincoln IL. I had to pick it up at a location over an hour away, which I found out two days before my reservation date. I came from downers grove, il and there wasn’t another truck available between there and my destination!!! Crazy! Yes, everyone was nice and I received extra free miles and an extra day, but the extra time was disappointing for the day. Logistics has to be better than that. Thank you for listening.
JAMES MThe truck was not ready at the time of pick-up; I was able to access it one hour late. In addition, the gas tank was very empty (gas light was on) and I had to immediately take it across the street to add gasoline. I believe I was given a $30 credit, but I put in $67 right away to get my trip started.
