Poor communication skills. Huge gaps on understanding things, at first she asked me for my ID while she meant Driver license then they charge me extra days while I rented the truck from 10am and returned it at 7pm. They told me couple hours meant 2 hours for them..Definitely not coming again and will negatively influence my whole community not to rent from from them
