Clearly noticeable sign for key drop off would of been better other then same color type on door sign. It was hard to see the type on the glass from the vehicle. Other than that it was easy dropping off the truck during closed hours of operation.

MICHAEL CI requested an order to rent two furniture dollies, which I was able to do online no problem. Assuming they would have what I ordered. I go to pick up my U-Haul and was informed that they have no furniture dollies. When I asked if they knew if other uhauls near us had any their response was I’m not sure you’ll have to call around….. shouldn’t you be calling around since you inconvenienced me with this???? Ended up calling two other locations that were nearby and neither one of them had it as well, and they gave me the same recommendation of calling around to other places instead of doing it themselves and helping out a customer. Super disappointed with the customer service.
