VENA BSSC has been my "go to" for vehicle repairs for many years. The fact they are a U-Haul franchisee makes it even better. I needed to extend the rental by an extra day. The customer service rep who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the time she took to assist me. She should be recognized for her efforts.
