We ordered and was charged for a uhaul dolly and 1 dozen and half dozen blankets. We did not receive the Dolly and only had 3 blankets, and the package the blankets come in was already open.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkDropped off the equipment after hours and left a message with the information needed. I was contacted the following day that my return was complete. Unfortunately I am not having much luck with the U-Haul app.
Nicholas MI returned the Uhaul with slightly more fuel than where it was at when I received it. I was charged $12 for 2 gallons of fuel on my final receipt. I sent photos I took of the gauges when I picked it up and when I returned it for reference. I would like to be refunded for the overcharge.

Torrey JTruck was in pretty bad condition. Staff didn’t even go through it with us when checking out. Truck was scary to drive a lot of play in steering, seat belt bracket was broken, tires felt over inflated. I have rented from Uhaul before this was the worst condition of truck
