JEFFREY CIt can hardly be stated how poor of an experience that we had. Right from the beginning, they had problems with the trailer and couldn’t attach it properly to my 2023 vehicle. I had to delay my trip and go to a second dealer and get an entirely different trailer. On the way back home from Pinetop to Globe, the brake master cylinder malfunctioned and locked up the left front tire, which got so hot that it caught fire and exploded. ( I have the pictures fyi) My wife, kids, and family dog were stuck in Globe for 4-5 hours waiting for 2 towing services. The first one was from Superior and still took over an hour to arrive and couldn’t resolve the problem. So a second towing service had to be called up from Phoenix area to come help. Finally, I was able to detach the 31 year old trailer from my vehicle and send my wife and kids back home while I waited with the 2nd towing company and rode with him back to the valley. Did I mention it was July in Arizona?
