If you don't have large signs out side then someone needs to be escort director outside finding what customer needs. I had to drive all over lot, using up gas and my miles for them to call me and tell me I went past the specific dolly assigned to me. Frustrating in the heat. And then trying to see my cell phone In the sun to take pics is all wrong. Customer escort should be outside with me taking pics and processing me out. If I was familiar with how yall do stuff it may have been less Hassel. I'm not familiar to the setup around your building so better signage outside or a escort. Put numbers on the outside wall than office personnel can say go to bay 3 and that's where your car dolly is. No pointing out side from the desk. it's useless for me

ROBERT ATruck only had a quarter tank of gas and then I got charged 64$ for gas the equipment was gross and the truck k didn’t have a dolly in it so I had to get one out of the lot this is some crazy stuff
